Check out this beautiful senior session of Nicole! She’s a part-time local, calling GA & PCB both home half the time (her family owns a condo here in PCB) and she wanted to have her graduation photos taken in one of her favorite places! The soft white sandy beaches of the Gulf offers endless beautiful backdrops to explore and create with – basically a photographer’s dream! We did this particular session in St. Andrews State Park – a beautiful area surrounded by views with the Gulf of Mexico on one side, and St. Andrews Bay on the other!
In our initial consultation, Nicole and her mom specified that Nicole liked a very natural, “different” look – which vibes perfectly with the way I love to photograph! I’m a big fan of adding in movement into images and tend to shy away from the traditional still, posed portraits. I’ve learned over the years that when you’re in motion, you stop overthinking and respond naturally – and that’s where the sweet spot is in producing relaxed feeling portraits.
Okay can we just acknowledge that Nicole nailed her looks – I’m obsessed with this crop top/flowy pant combo! She said her pants were from Aerie (love) and they added an effortless, coastal vibe to the session . I recommend at least 2-3 outfit changes for senior photoshoot to add a ton of variety to the final result. Let’s show off your personality through your fits!
Nicole’s last outfit was a long and flowy dress – perfect for catching the sun as she got lower in the sky over the gulf. My favorite way to wrap up any and ALL beach sessions is to get in the water, and Nicole was totally down to get in and enjoy the gentle waves and beautiful views!
What a picturesque ending to this session – mother nature was showing off as per usual and the view of the sailboats + sunset in the gulf was just stunning. Thank you for following along on this beach adventure with this gorgeous senior!
