St. Andrews State Park is a haven for nature enthusiasts and wildlife photographers alike.  The parks diverse ecosystems, includes dunes, pines, and coastal scrub.  A thriving habitat for a variety of flora and fauna. The abundance of migratory birds and butterflies makes it a bird-watcher’s paradise and a scenic wonderland for nature-inspired photoshoots.  Be sure to check out the Alligator lake and also keep an eye out for the deer that live all over the park!   As a local I really enjoy frequenting this park on personal beach days as it has parking, restrooms and a ton of beachfront spots to setup for an afternoon of waves & sun!

I also LOVE suggesting this state park for natural outdoor portraits – as there are beautiful beachscapes, fewer beachgoers and no hotels or condos directly in the background!
